Krupanalini and Manojkumar are couples originally from Chennai, one of the big city from southern part of India in the state called Tamilnadu. They both did their hotel management in IHM (institute of Hotel Management) in 1998, and have worked as Chefs in Taj and Sheraton Group of Hotels. They specialize in authentic Indian cuisine particularly in northern Indian, Mughlai and south Indian style of cooking. They also specilize in bakery and confectionary.
